The current public tools on the site are free to use, and the main public workflow does not require account creation.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
The Services provide suggestions and analysis only. The tools provide suggestions, frameworks, and second-pass review. They do not guarantee matches, replies, dates, or relationship outcomes.
4. User content
You may choose to upload screenshots, paste conversation text, or otherwise submit content to receive a result. You retain rights in your content, but you grant us a limited right to process it solely to provide the requested service.
You represent that:
- You have the right to submit the content you provide
- Your content does not violate law or third-party rights
- Your content does not contain malware or harmful material
5. Acceptable use

11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Dating Help AI harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator of Dating Help AI, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless another legal framework is required by applicable consumer law.
